CIELO Project is the only bilingual, bicultural Latino center in the south Puget Sound area. CIELO offers educational, counseling and advocacy services to the Latino community. Educational classes are provided in Spanish to attain elementary and secondary educational credentials, General Education Development (GED), and computer literacy.  English language classes are available at three locations. Training classes are offered in sewing and computer repair skills which encourage self-employment. Counseling is available for sexual assault victims and through the Family Preservation Services and Crisis Family Intervention programs of DSHS. Advocacy on an individual basis is available to address the various needs of the community. Child care is always provided free of charge while services are being provided to honor the importance of family within this community.

CIELO, which means heaven, is a gathering place that fosters community through cultural exchange, learning and self-sufficiency training.

Family centered Programs offered at the CIELO Project are open to all Latinos and other underserved members of the south Puget Sound area and their families.

C.I.E.L.O. Project is centrally located on the east side of Olympia on a pastoral piece of property called Radio  Ranch.
